Workflow Analysis Dashboard

The workflow analysis dashboard enables data stewards to analyze the impact of various workflow aspects on closed requests in Enterprise Data Management. Users can visualize requests over time, across different applications and dimensions, and for different request types, workflow stages, and contributors. Data can be filtered by application and dimension, view, request type and status, owner, and time frame. The following scorecards are provided by the workflow analysis dashboard:

  • Closed Requests Overview
  • Request Cycle Time
  • Approval Cycle Time
  • Auto Submit Analysis

Charts provide a drill down capability to view the associated request activity, as well as drill across to view a different set of metrics for the same set of requests. The associated request activity records can be downloaded to a file for offline reference and sharing with other parties.

Business Benefit: The workflow analysis dashboard provides valuable insights into request volume, velocity, participation, and exceptions, allowing users to analyze different perspectives and drill to request activity to perform additional research.
