Migration to Oracle Cloud Console from My Services

By March 31, 2025, all security, user management, and cloud service management operations for Cloud EPM environments will be exclusively supported through the Oracle Cloud Console. The Oracle Cloud Console provides a modern, intuitive interface for managing instances, environments, users, and permissions.

NOTE: Cloud EPM environments in OC4 realm are already migrated to Oracle Cloud Console. The environments in OC2 realm will be migrated soon after the OCI migration is finished for US-Gov environments.

As part of this transition, the My Services Console—previously used for managing Cloud EPM security and environments—will no longer be available after March 31, 2025. Correspondingly, the Oracle Fusion Cloud EPM documentation has been updated to add the user experience with provisioning new environments and managing them using the Oracle Cloud Console.

Applies to: Account Reconciliation, Enterprise Data Management, Enterprise Profitability and Cost Management, Financial Consolidation and Close, FreeForm, Narrative Reporting, Planning, Profitability and Cost Management, Tax Reporting

Business Benefit: Using the Oracle Cloud Console gives customers a single interface to create and manage all Oracle Cloud resources. Specifically, for Cloud EPM, the following new features are available:

  • The ability to specify the home region where IAM instance will be located, while creating a cloud account.
  • The ability to create instances in non-Default IAM domain.
  • The ability to individually specify the region and IAM domain where a production or test instance is created. This means that you can have your production and test instances in different IAM domains and even in different regions.
