Support for User Variable Mapping for Existing Users for SimulateConcurrentUsage Command and REST API

Starting with this update, the simulateConcurrentUsage EPM Automate command and REST API use the information in the UserVarMemberMapping.csv file to set user variable mappings for existing users (test mode 4) if the forms you specified in the input file of the Open Form or Save Form use cases require user variables to be set. Previously, user variable mappings could be used only for newly created users..

Business Benefit: Support for user variable mapping for existing users allows you to successfully run the Open Form and Save Form use cases using users already available in your identity domain.
