New Filename Character Limitations for Attachments on Forms

New system requirements mandate that filenames for cell attachments on forms can only contain letters, digits, underscores (_), hyphens (-), periods (.), and spaces.

The character limitations apply to Forms 1.0, Forms 2.0, and to the Smart View client user interface.

NOTE: When adding a URL attachment using Smart View client, Oracle requires a valid URL using either the HTTP protocol (http://) or the secure HTTPS protocol (https://).

Business Benefit: This feature ensures that form attachments comply with new system requirements.
