Mention and Notify Future Policy Invitees of In Flight Requests

Invitees of future workflow policies for in-flight requests can be mentioned in request comments and are immediately notified of those comments via email. This allows request participants to provide approvers and committers with advance notice of requests that they will be invited to in the near future.  Request activity can be filtered to requests where the current user was mentioned using the My Activity=Mentioned filter.  A quick filter is also available from the Home page to easily access requests that mention the current user.  When a future invitee opens an in-flight request that mentions them, the user can view the request items they have access to as well as add their own comments to the request, but they cannot make other changes to the request or perform any workflow actions.

Business Benefit: Request participants can engage users who will later approve or commit a request earlier in the process to set expectations, resolve discrepancies, and ensure a smooth path to request completion.
