Key-based Authentication Support for copyFromSFTP and copyToSFTP EPM Automate Commands and REST APIs

The copyFromSFTP and copyToSFTP EPM Automate commands and the corresponding REST APIs now support key-based authentication to transfer files directly from or to SFTP servers that require public key or certificate-based authentication. To support this enhancement, these commands and APIs now support the privateKey and passPhrase optional parameters. 

The documentation of copyFromSFTP and copyToSFP EPM Automate commands and the corresponding REST APIs has been enhanced to list all the supported ciphers, MACs, key exchange algorithms, and host key algorithms.
