Enhanced List Users REST API to Retrieve Direct and Indirect User Associations

The List Users REST API has been enhanced to return IDCS groups, application roles, EPM groups, and granular roles associated with users. The API now also supports retrieval of indirect group and role associations through the optional indirect parameter.

Business Benefit: This enhancement enables customers to retrieve comprehensive user access information, including direct and inherited group and role assignments, using a single REST API call. This improves performance and reduces dependency on multiple reports and APIs when integrating user and security data with external systems.
