New REST APIs to Import and Repeat Export Snapshot Artifacts

These REST APIs enable users to import selected artifacts or entire categories from a snapshot into the environment and to repeat export an existing application snapshot into a new snapshot. They support flexible snapshot artifact management for migration and reuse.
