Include Management Hierarchy for Ownership Approval Policies

Policies using the Ownership approval method can be optionally configured to include a management hierarchy of users that will approve after the node owners determined by the ownership property for the policy.  The Include Management Hierarchy parameter can be enabled in the policy inspector.  The management hierarchy is a node set of nodes from a Users type application.  Additional users are invited to approve a request based on the ancestors of each node owner of the management hierarchy. The number of approval levels can be fixed or variable based on an expression.

Business Benefit: Nodes can be approved by different users based on a combination of an ownership property and a hierarchy of users.
