Relaxed Permission Check During Resubmit of Enriched Request
When enriched requests are pushed back or recalled and then resubmitted, the submitting user may not have the necessary data access to perform the changes that were added to the request during enrichment in the Approve stage. In previous releases, the submitter was required to remove any request actions they cannot directly perform in order to resubmit the request. Starting with this update, the existence of these enrichment changes will no longer prevent the re-submission of a request.
Business Benefit: Pushed back or recalled requests that were enriched during approval can be resubmitted regardless of whether the submitter has direct access to perform those changes themselves. This includes updates to properties that are hidden from the submitting user.
