Ability to Assign Alerts to External Users in Reconciliation Compliance and Transaction Matching

You can no longer create External Users on the Viewers tab on an Alert Type. External User management is now under the Manage Users tab under Access Control.

You can add an External User as a Viewer on an Alert Type by clicking the Add Viewer button and clicking the Search Users button to choose External Users.

You can also set an external user as a Notification Assignee, while creating manual alerts or while using rules.
