Enhanced New Rule and Edit Rule Dialog Boxes in Task Manager

In Task Manager, the New Rule and Edit Rule dialog boxes for templates, tasks, schedules, and scheduled tasks are now divided into two subtabs:

• Properties: Define the rule type, description, and approver levels. This tab also displays when the rule will run.
• Filters: Specify the conditions that determine when the rule should run.
