Using Organizational Units in Power User Security Filter Conditions

Service Administrators can now assign access to power users based on organizational units. When defining the security filter for a power user, in the Power User Security tab of the Access Control card, select Organizational Unit in the Attribute drop-down of the Filter Definition.

Business Benefit: This feature provides improved flexibility and granular control when assigning power user security. Access can be granted to power users based on profile segments, organizational units, or a combination of these two. This feature also supports specialized access requirements that are based on your business requirements.
