Previous Owner Approvals for Moved Nodes in Hierarchy Viewpoints

Approval policies using the Ownership approval method can optionally require approval from the previous owner for nodes that are moved from one parent to another in a hierarchy viewpoint.  The Require Move Approval From setting can be configured in the policy inspector for Ownership approval policies and allows approval by the Current Owner, Previous Owner, or both the Current and Previous Owner.  When these policies take effect for a particular request containing one or more request items with Move actions, the current and/or previous owner for each moved node is invited and must approve the request before the policy is satisfied.  Existing policies using the Ownership approval method are upgraded to require only the current owner to approve Move actions.

Business Benefit: When nodes are moved within a hierarchy in a request, the user responsible for a node in its original location has the opportunity to ask questions and approve or reject the change.
