Support for POVs with no Dimensions in SimulateConcurrentUsage EPM Automate Command and REST API

The simulateConcurrentUsage EPM Automate command and REST API now support the Open Form and Save Form use cases for forms that include POV dimensions with no selectable members. For these use cases, the POV definition in the input file must include only selectable dimension members and user variables. Do not include dimensions or members that are not selectable. If the form does not contain any selectable dimension members or user variables, specify
an empty POV definition, for example, pov=[];.

Business Benefit: This enhancement allows you to integrate forms with no selectable POVs into the simulation of user load on the application.
