Ability to Customize Workforce Tax Calculation Tiers

You can now customize the Workforce Tax calculation tiers in the out-of-box scripts to add additional tiers.

Previously, only three tiers were supported.

There is now a custom script in the Tax calculation in the following scripts, so you can add your own logic for tax calculations and add additional tiers:

  • OWP_Synchronize Defaults_T
  • OWP_Synchronize Definition_T
  • OWP_Assign Target Defaults

The following rules are affected by this change:

  • OWP_Synchronize Defaults
  • OWP_Synchronize Definition
  • OWP_Process Loaded Data
  • OWP_Change job
  • OWP_Transfer

Business Benefit: This option gives you more flexibility if your organization’s tax structure requires more than three tax tiers.
