Active-State Only Regional Tax Automation Rules
A new Tax Automation setting is now available to control how Regional Tax Automation rules evaluate state status. The new option, Use Regional Tax Automation Rules For Active States Only (Tax Settings: Select Type: Tax Automation), allows administrators to restrict calculations to Active states only—ignoring Non-active states.
Note: This setting is not enabled by default and is available only in the new Tax Settings screen.
Business Benefit: This enhancement improves accuracy and control by ensuring Regional Tax Automation calculations run only for active states—eliminating unnecessary inactive-state impact.
