Task Manager AI Assistants

Task Manager Assistants are now available as importable agents that integrate with Fusion AI Studio, enabling a chat-based experience for viewing task summaries, managing comments, deploying templates, and generating reports. These assistants are exclusively available to Fusion customers and are not supported for EPM customers without Fusion Cloud subscriptions.

The following Task Manager Assistants are available:

  • Task Manager Assistant for Users: Helps users review their current task assignments. This assistant shows task summary, task details, and allows them to review task commentaries including adding new comments. 
  • Task Manager Assistant for Administrators: Helps administrators to create new task schedules by deploying saved task templates.
  • Task Manager Run Report Assistant for Users: Helps users generate their Task Manager reports such as summary reports, overdue task reports, and task comments reports. When specific parameters are required, the assistant prompts the user for inputs and then generates the report output.

Steps to enable and configure

  • Ensure that Fusion Applications environment with Fusion AI Studio is enabled
  • Assign the Service Administrator role in Cloud EPM
  • Configure federation between the Fusion Applications and Cloud EPM identity domains
  • Create a confidential application in Cloud EPM IAM (Identity and Access Management)
