Manage Application Roles Tab Label Renamed to Manage Granular Roles

The Manage Application Roles tab label in Access Control has been changed to Manage Granular Roles to match the recently implemented terminology changes.

Business Benefit: This label change helps minimize confusion by not using the term Application Role to refer to business specific roles.
