Ability to Designate a Dashboard 2.0 as Default Landing Page
Users can now designate a Dashboard 2.0 dashboard as their default landing page. From the Dashboards card, locate the dashboard in the listing and select Actions, and then Set Default. A Default indicator identifies the selected dashboard in the listing, and the action changes to Clear Default so that the designation can be removed.
Applies to: Enterprise Profitability and Cost Management, Financial Consolidation and Close, FreeForm, Planning, Tax Reporting
Note: This capability applies only to Dashboard 2.0 artifacts; Set Default isn't available for Dashboard 1.0.
Business Benefit: This feature provides users with immediate access to the role-specific metrics, analyses, and tasks that are most important to them. By reducing the navigation required after sign-in, the personalized landing page improves productivity and speeds time to insight while retaining familiar access to the Home page and predictable fallback behavior.
