Changes Are Made to Business Objects - Attribute Data Changes
Two audit business objects were updated. In the Audit - Payroll Calculation Range Value object, the data type was updated from string to long for two attributes, Calculation Component Old and Calculation Component New. For the following attributes in the Audit - Document Records object, the data size has been increased:
- Number Old
- Number New
- Issuing Location Old
- Issuing Location New
- Issuing Authority Old
- Issuing Authority New
- Issuing Comments Old
- Issuing Comments New
Changes to these two objects should not impact controls that use them; delivered library content models do not use these business objects.
Business Benefit
Audit business object updates maintain alignment to the Manage Audit Policies data source.
Steps to Enable
Before you use business objects that introduce attribute changes, you must run the Transaction Data Source Synchronization job. Business objects with changes require that the data synchronization job be run in order to return the related values. Depending upon the number of business objects you are using across models and controls, the data synchronization job may take a little longer than usual.
