In this update, improvements are available in the following areas:
- PROJECT MANAGEMENT COMMON
- Project Attachment Management from the My Projects Page: Add and delete attachments to projects quickly and directly from the Attachments column on the My Projects page. Previously, attachments could be added or deleted only from the detail page of a project. Based on the Idea 653320 from the Project Management Idea Labs on Oracle Cloud Customer Connect.
- Search, Display, and Default Dates Using the User's Preferred Time Zone: Dates are displayed and defaulted using the user preferred time zone in various project management user interfaces. Includes resolution of Idea 703234 from the Project Management Idea Labs on Oracle Cloud Customer Connect.
- Improvements include:
- Search for and display of the Import date on the Manage Expenditure Batches page
- Search for and display of the Creation date on the Manage Project Costs page
- Default of the project start date when creating a project in the Project Financial Management work area
- Display of the date of project status changes on the Manage Financial Project Settings page
- Default of the requested start date when creating a resource request
- Default of the start date when adding a resource on the Manage Project Resources page
- Improvements include:

- Export Project Details: The ability to export and download the details of projects associated with an award to Microsoft Excel is available on the Manage Awards page. Based on the Idea 773823 from the Project Management Idea Labs on Oracle Cloud Customer Connect.

- Change Orders User Experience Enhancements: Change orders management is made easier with the following enhancements:
- Search by number: Locate a change order by its number on the Manage Change Orders page. Based on the Idea 653320 from the Project Management Idea Labs on Oracle Cloud Customer Connect.
- Add suggested change participants: Use a suggested list from previous project entries to add participants to a change order.
- Filter change orders: Identify change orders ready for the next stage or implementation using new filter choices.
- Change Orders User Experience Enhancements: Change orders management is made easier with the following enhancements:

- Enhanced Flexibility for KPI Summarization and Closed Project Data: The following enhancements are available for the Update Project Performance Data (UPPD) process:
- Control Over KPI Summarization: To optimize process efficiency, you now have the option to selectively generate KPI values during UPPD runs. This flexibility allows you to avoid unnecessary KPI calculations, reducing overall process runtime, especially for frequent UPPD executions.
- Comprehensive Data for Closed Projects: To ensure data completeness, UPPD now includes the option to process closed projects during summarization. This ensures accurate historical data and prevents data loss.
- Enhanced Flexibility for KPI Summarization and Closed Project Data: The following enhancements are available for the Update Project Performance Data (UPPD) process:
