DATA Act Modifications from Government-Wide Spending Data Model
Report the attributes Program Activity Reporting Key, or PARK, and the Prior Year Adjustment, or PYA, along with USSGL Accounts 480110 and 490110, and additional balance calculations, in DATA Act Files B and C. This ensures that the Digital Accountability and Transparency Act, known as the DATA Act, mandates U.S. Federal Agencies to report their ledger balances with a subset of attributes on a monthly basis to the U.S. Department of the Treasury.
This reporting ensures that agencies and departments within the US federal government comply with DATA Act reporting requirements.

Access Requirements
To use this feature, you need the following privileges and duty roles:
- Duty Role: GTAS and DATA Act Reporting Duty (ORA_FV_GTAS_DATA_ACT_REPORTING_DUTY)
- Privileges:
- Manage GTAS Process (ORA_FV_MANAGE_GTAS_PROCESS)
- Manage DATA Act Process (ORA_FV_MANAGE_DATA_ACT_PROCESS)
- Privileges:
- Duty Role: Federal Administration Duty (ORA_FV_FEDERAL_ADMINISTRATION_DUTY)
- Privilege: Manage Federal Financials Setup (ORA_FV_MANAGE_FEDERAL_REPORTING_SETUP)
