Simplified Email Configuration for Joint Interest Billing Reports
Email joint interest billing reports to stakeholders using information available in the customer and supplier definitions. The need to set up the stakeholder in Oracle Customer Data Management is no longer required.
Business Benefit:
Management of stakeholder information, such as address and email, does not require a subscription to Customer Data Management.
Steps to Enable
You don't need to do anything to enable this feature.
Tips And Considerations
Current stakeholders in the joint venture who have selected Create Invoice as their invoicing preference and who do not have a designated party specified in the joint venture definition will use the contact information defined in the customer or supplier definitions as their default contact.
If you use a custom report or custom data model, you must also complete these setups:
- Delete the custom data model and recreate a modified data model from the predefined data model.
- Clear the BI Publisher cache.
- Clear the cache for the integration between BI Publisher and OTBI.
