One of your ideas has been delivered from your suggestion.GenAI Role Briefing Report

Oracle Fusion Cloud Advanced Access Requests allows security administrators to easily request access for users and to obtain the necessary review and approval inputs.

For each role in a request for a user, a “role briefing” feature has been added to the role details of the review and approval UIs. It displays information to assist with the review and approval decision. Each briefing includes these elements:

  • AI-generated high-level and functional category level role summaries that describe the access granted by the role’s privileges.
  • Information about the assignment of the role to the user. This includes data-security assignments, and the number of risks that access controls have detected for the role assignment.
  • Context for the role assignment. You can review the numbers of people assigned the role within your organization as a whole, within the hierarchy of positions overseen by the user’s direct manager, and among that manager’s direct reports. You can also review a history of certification decisions for the role.

To view a role briefing, open your access request for a user and click the role name in the record. Select the role briefing tab in the panel drawer. You can also download the Role Briefing report from the same panel drawer.
