Assignment Workflow Notification and Open Resource Request Enhancements

Enhanced notifications and insights for resources, resource managers, and project managers that improve communication and efficiency in managing resource requests and assignments. 

1. Provide resources with additional details when they're assigned to a project, including the project number, total assigned hours and project calendar hours. 
2. Project managers and other selected participants are notified when a resource is confirmed on a project from within project management. 
3. A new filter is added for reviewing open and in-process project resource requests, enabling resource managers to quickly view requests over an extended time horizon.

Tips And Considerations

Workflow notifications displaying assignment hours detail displays the daily project calendar hours or the daily hour pattern for recurring variable daily schedule. Assignment detail hours for those that are defined daily or variable weekly hours are available on the assignment directly.
