Partner Contributions for Specific Accounts or Projects

Assign account or project information to partner contributions based on the terms and conditions of the operating agreement. 

Use the Partner Contribution Details page to enter an account set and project set against the partner contribution.

This helps ensure that draws for joint venture distributions comply with the agreed upon usage for partner contributions.

You don't need to do anything to enable this feature.

Tips And Considerations

If an account set or project set is specified for a partner contribution, only the distributions associated with the account or project information can draw from the partner contribution. Distributions that are not part of the account or project sets will not be drawn from the partner contribution.
