Support for GL Balance ingestion for the Latest Accounting Period in ERP

Balance ingestion process logic has been adjusted to ensure that in the case of multiple periods (accounting and adjustment) corresponding to a given date, balance against the latest period of the list will be extracted from ERP Cloud GL and registered in AFCS.

With this enhancement, the latest balance figures are obtained and recorded in AFCS for the start, end, and middle of fiscal periods, when adjustment periods may be configured.
