Indicated outcome when journals are published via defined sub ledger applications (SLAs)

The outcome will be marked successful even when there is no journals data to be processed, as against it being marked/highlighted an error.

This change is intended to facilitate minimisation of undue interruptions requiring human intervention, while executing AFCS tasks.

You don't need to do anything to enable this feature.

Operators should be informed of this change such that their oversight mechanism can be suitably tailored.
