IFRS 9 Stage Determination enhancements

The IFRS 9 Stage determination rule and process are enhanced.

UI and Engine level enhancements are done to support the below additional use cases:

• Rule Ranking: Users can assign ranks to rules, by enabling the stage determination process to prioritize and assign stages based on these ranks.
• Single Obligor Principle: If a customer experiences distress in any account, all accounts linked to that customer will be classified as distressed.
• Rule Combination: Users can combine multiple rules with an “AND” condition, ensuring the appropriate stage is assigned when all specified criteria are met.

These enhancements provide greater flexibility in the IFRS 9 stage determination functionality, enabling users to customize rules and processes to meet their specific requirements.
