As part of the pre-built data model, this solution is now equipped to store numerous dimensions and attributes related to physical risk including geolocation of owned assets and collaterals for various lending and financing activities of a financial institution. Additionally, users can make use of 10+ pre-built reports to analyze and make business decisions based on physical risk.
The solution’s Climate Scorecard feature is now enhanced to consider Physical Risk as a pre-built parameter for determining a Climate Rating for each counterparty.
