Risk Tolerance Score for KYC Case Creation

The KYC application now enables clients to configure KYC Case creation logic when “There is a change in the current vs last risk score for the customer and difference is more than or equal to the configured risk tolerance threshold score (between 0 to 100)”. This configuration is optional.

This feature is in addition to already supported KYC Case creation logic for each customer type for KYC Continuous Monitoring:

  • Risk Assessment Score is more than or equal to the configured Threshold Score for Case Creation (this is Mandatory)
  • There is a change in the current vs last risk category for the customer (this is Optional)

This enhancement allows clients to monitor and investigate KYC cases for risky customers whose risk category remains the same between the current and last risk assessments but there is a significant deviation in the risk assessment score.
