RFI Attachments

Attachments are now available in Requests for Information templates. This means respondents can send relevant documents to the requestor.

This allows investigators to request additional information from non-users of the application while maintaining a thorough and accurate audit trail of the communication. The information provided in these templates can be used to provide case context or justification for your case decisions.
