User Interface Enhancements

The iHub User Interface has been enhanced in the following ways:

  • Improved entity search in Manual Case Creation. This feature simplifies the case creation process, and eliminates unnecessary steps, resulting in a more efficient investigative process.
  • Two new hyperlinks have been enabled in Watchlist Details for DJW matches.
  • Know Your Customer Case Type Improvements – The assessment ID and reason for case creation are now displayed within the UI.
  • Account Details can now be accessed directly from the account cards on the AML & KYC Case Details pages.
  • A new toggle button allows you to view all the closed cases on the Case List page.

These features add additional context to the investigation.
