Four-Eyes Approval Workflow for 314a FinCen Watchlist File
The 314a FinCen Watchlist upload process now includes a Four-Eyes approval workflow. Each record must pass through all approval levels before it can be used for screening.
Approval Levels:

314a Operator
-
314a Manager
-
314a Supervisor (Highest level)
Only after the records have been approved at all levels will they be eligible for screening. Once approved, the existing 314a batches can be used to screen these records.
Enhanced approval workflow provides additional oversight when uploading the 314a watchlist.
