Threshold Recommendations for New Scenarios

OFSCA now enables analysts to determine AML Transaction Monitoring scenario thresholds across multiple Segments. Users can get Initial Threshold Recommendations for 15 Scenarios including:

  • Rapid Movement of Funds – All Activity

  • Single or Multiple Cash Transactions: Large Significant Transactions

  • Large Reportable Transactions

  • CIB: Significant Change from Previous Average Activity

  • CIB: Significant Change from Previous Peak Activity

  • CIB: High Risk Geography Activity

  • CIB: Foreign ActivityCIB : Product Utilization Shift

  • High Risk Transactions: Focal High Risk Entity

  • High Risk Transactions: High Risk Geography

  • Deposits/Withdrawals in Same or Similar Amounts

  • Anomalies in ATM, Bank Card: Excessive Withdrawals

  • Rapid Movement of Funds – Funds Transfers

  • Large Depreciation of Account Value

  • Transactions in Round Amounts

Users can now determine the Initial Thresholds for 15 Scenarios which reduces the manual effort analyzing the Thresholds. As the number of Scenarios supported increase, it would further bring down the manual efforts and enables you to reduces time to deploy scenarios from days or weeks to just hours.
