Report Enhancements

A new My Cases report has been added. CS analysts can view this report. Upon implementation of this feature, analysts will be able to access the Cases Report view, with the cases that they have been assigned. Users will be able to download this report in ‘csv format’.

Comprehensive reporting provides greater clarity and insight.

Steps to Enable

You don't need to do anything to enable this feature.
