Reports For Download

A new canned report, FCC Canned TF Raw Data Report, has been added in this release. This report allows users to download raw messages, with and without a case, to upload in a UAT environment.

Using public APIs to download Canned Reports allows Oracle clients to use tools to get data from FCCM CS in an automated fashion.

Steps to Enable

You don't need to do anything to enable this feature.
