Case List Page Enhancements

In this release, iHub supports both a page for all case types, as well as individual pages for case type-specific column headers. Additionally, the ‘My Cases’ option for each case type will display to the user: cases assigned directly to them, and unassigned cases mapped to queues that they are members of.

This enhanced user interface allows investigators to increase efficiency and prioritize investigations appropriately.

Steps to Enable
