Request for Information Feature

iHub now supports template-based Requests for Information via URLs sent by email. Templates are managed and defined through a new set of Admin screens for Request for Information.

This allows investigators to request additional information from non-users of the application while maintaining a thorough and accurate audit trail of the communication. The information provided in these templates can be used to provide case context or justification for your case decisions.

Steps to Enable

You don't need to do anything to enable this feature.
