Runchart Changes

Enhancements include renaming batches so that they are functionally more meaningful. Seeded batches have been made non-editable. Loadrun ID as a parameter has been removed from the runchart and some non-relevant parameters have been hidden from seeded batches.

This enhancement is designed to improve User Experience for admin users who are responsible for the operational processes at the backend.
