Support for selected Out-Of-the-Box Entities in the Data Management Interface

This feature allows users to load low volume data for the selected Out-of-the-Box entity.

The list of tables enabled for DMI includes:

1. Stage Master
2. Stage Hierarchy
3. Stage Mapper

List of tables excluded:

Party, Policy & Account tables are excluded to avoid performance issues on larger dimensions tables.
