Unique Sequence Generator

Unique Sequence Generator now supports re-use of same unique Identifier for a record which is being deactivated in the past and re-activated in an incoming data load using Ingest Connectors.

To identify a dimension record with a unique identifier throughout its various statuses such as  Active, Retired and Re-activated.
