Amortization Reports Enhancement

The amortization reports have been enhanced with additional reporting columns.

New reporting columns have been introduced to support the expanded use cases covered by the enhanced amortization engine. These additions provide deeper visibility into amortization results across various scenarios.

The enhanced reports now captures all key metrics associated with the newly supported use cases, including partial asset sales and separate amortization of modification gains or losses, enabling more comprehensive and transparent reporting.
