Forecasting of Climate Metrics

Created new visualizations to forecast various climate metrics by using Machine Learning.

Enables users to analyze and visualize forecasted numbers across their owned operations and counterparties by using Machine Learning on Oracle Analytics. These forecast results are based on user selection of various dimensions like historical period, model, time period, desired time frequency and desired accuracy level.
