Business Filter Widget Updates

Business filters can now be deleted from the List of Filters tab of the Business Filter widget. Before deleting the business filter, the system verifies that this business filter is not in use by any pipeline. If this filter is enabled in any pipeline, an error message displays and the business filter can not be deleted.

Safe filter deletion ensures cleaner pipelines and prevents downstream failures.
