Private Watchlist Audit History
The Private watchlist includes an Audit History that tracks each action performed by user.
In addition, you can filter by details about the uploaded watchlist files in this Audit History, such as From Date, To Date, Updated By, Watchlist ID, Watchlist Name, Watchlist Type, and Jurisdiction filters.
FinCEN file upload Audit history is available in a separate section, accessible only for users with 314a operator / 314a supervisor / 314a manager roles. Once FinCEN names are updated in the Private Watchlist, the actions on the FinCEN names can also be tracked in the Private Watchlist Audit History
The detailed audit history provides insight into the watchlist records’ addition, maintenance and deletion while inbuilt filters allow easier access and navigation.
