Currency Transaction Reporting Correct and Amend and XSD Validation Errors Process

Investigation Hub supports a new process which allows for the correcting/amending of CTR reports, and provides a process to accommodate FinCEN Validation errors.

This further aligns the application to the FinCEN requirements.
