UI Enhancements

With rules of the Static Driver Table type, the user is required to choose in which output tab, the user wants to apply the driver. The definition involving the key and target dimensions of the driver gets automated with the appropriate macros applied. This enhancement also prevents creation of functionally invalid rules.
