BI Reporting of Joint Accounts

A new BI Dashboard has been introduced to cater to accounts which are held jointly by more than one customer. The dashboards allow for selection of the joint accounts or the holding retail or wholesale customers. Income Statement, metrics and KPI’s for the given selection are reported in a separate canvas.

Business Benefit:

These are part of the incremental enhancements in the BI reporting layer to deliver relevant customer level reporting to proposition and segment managers.
